First let me apologize that I won’t be easy to categorize — if that’s how you prefer to get to know me.
- I belong to no political party but I am politically active. (an independent Registered Voter).
- I respect the Office of the President but am not of fan of Bush the Younger or Barack Obama.
- I’m a Native American who practices decolonization but does not expect to get our land back.
- I believe in helping those incapable of helping themselves, while teaching others the long lost art of self-reliance as the best vehicle out of poverty for Natives, and all races for that matter.
- I see the deficit as the “Pink Elephant in the Living Room”. Politicians do not seem to be able to deal with their crack-like addiction to money that isn’t theirs. Fiscal irresponsibility is drug our politicians are mainlining.
- I believe in the Constitution that does not live and breathe. Like the 10 Commandments, you may ignore them, but it doesn’t make them go away.
- I am a “person of faith” like 84% of Americans, but I respect the right of others to believe or not. Even atheists believe in right and wrong, they just can’t explain why.
- As a minority, I know how to play the race card, and I know it when it’s being done to the American people. I call it out when I see it, and try not to do it myself.
- I believe in civil dialog. I delete comments and followers that use foul language. If you can’t answer questions in a conversation or stay on topic, I will take it that you are not serious or just unskilled. If your debating skills or etiquette need some brushing up, please review these guidelines.
I have subscribed to your RSS feed and look forward to your posts. I already follow you on Twitter.
Looks good. I will be back frequently.
You seem to have a well thought sense of self identity that is born out in your blogs. Do you maintain the position that you could be wrong about your convictions so that you can correct yourself and be a better person for it? Your posts on twitter are extremely organized and well thought out.
I am a Independent voter but lean to the left on social issues. I believe strongly in separation of church and State. I have become weary that church issues are invading politics. I believe I can learn from both sides. You certainly are a good advocate for your side-one in which the opposition can listen to and learn from.
I enjoy ray very much. I follow on twitter. Ray makes me laugh sometimes. Certainly knowledgeable.
Keep up the good fight.

Saying you are a “registered independent” isn’t exactly right, assuming your location in Seattle is where you are registered to vote. We don’t register to vote by political parties, as it has been interpreted as violating the state constitution.
Okay. I changed it to “an independent Registered Voter”. I hope that makes it more clear.
