After almost 2000 posts on Twitter.com, I thought it would be more courteous to create a website collecting my reflections, research, and recommendations. Feel free to contact me or leave a comment. Thanks for listening!

Grateful to make your acquaintance through Twitter, Ray. One thing that wasn’t on your list of efforts towards spine health, I noticed, was food-based enzyme supplements. I worked with a company here – http://enzymesinc.com – which provides some of the industries very best, most potent healing food enzymes. Excellent food source for non-addictive dealing with inflammation. I’m not a doc but I can say, by personal use, they work for me. They also are excellent for detoxification. I look forward to your comments, research, stories and experiences via twitter and the occasional visit to this site. Thanks for your heart!
Hi Tom — While inflammation might be a problem that the enzymes solve naturally, I use several ice packs daily. I am trying to increase the fluid levels in the spinal column, so I don’t want to risk taking any anti-inflammatory products for now. I will ask the doctor when it’s safe to do so. Thanks for introducing me to this new idea!
I have been dealing with my back issues for about 3 yrs now and refusing to use medicine or drugs to battle it, the side affects. so I am dealing with it on a spiritual level, it is a daily walk in renewing my mind. I went to a chiro for a while then that lasted for a week, so I went to the lord and began asking for His direction. that was a year ago. I am now walking longer, and able to go without a walker.
You know so many interesting infomation. You might be very wise. I like such people. Don’t top writing.
great to find you here ray, i think this is a much more personal and informative way to communicate, and i wish you the best with it, dave
